Cleaning solution:
-
Add a few drops of dish soap (professionals prefer Dawn) to a tub or a bucket of water, mixing until you see suds. The amount does not matter as the SURFACEPro leaves no residue behind. Add vinegar for hard water spots.
-
-
Ensure the entire blade makes full contact with the window, not just the blade edge or partial blade.
-
Move the SURFACEPro straight up and down — not only it is easier, but it will allow the drip tray to collect the water as you go.
-
Whether you are working from right to left or left to right across the surface always make sure to overlap your last pass to force the watermark to the edge of the window on your last pass.
-
To empty the water tray simply tilt the tool on its side and you are done.

If you notice streaking please clean the silicone blade as it could simply be debris. Also, be sure to put sufficient pressure on the blade so that it bends (as pictured).
